My cooking is primarily vegetarian however I do love seafood. I had quite a bit while visiting the family in Florida. I have a recipe to post from my grandma involving clams. Here’s a taste of what’s to come. hahah
Italy Grandma with a clam
We had stone crab claws for dinner one night. There isn’t a recipe really. Umm you steam them and then dip them in butter or as I prefer, just add a little lemon juice. Anyway, here is a picture. I thought they were interesting. They look like plastic and they’re impossible to open. You have to use a hammer. Seriously. I’m not sure if they’re worth the effort. We had crab legs another night and they were much, much easier.
I’m sure this post won’t get a lot of response because no one that reads this seems to be too interested in cooking. Oh well. I’ll persevere until I can quit my job and become a full time food blogger. You’ll see.
