My bus ride home took an hour & Thai Food

I had some tea in the afternoon and then some yogurt. Note: I don’t work for MFS. It’s just my favorite mug.

So unfortunately we got about 3 inches of snow this afternoon. I left work at 4:55 and didn’t actually get home until like 6:30 or something it was TERRIBLE. I had to stand outside watching 4 77D/F/G’s pass me by for 40 minutes. I also had a few Gobstoppers. We also gave a few to the bike messenger who delivered our letter.

Anyway, moving on: I met Andy at Thai Gourmet for dinner. I had Basil Leaves with tofu and he had General Tso’s Tofu with white rice. We both ate a little less then half then packed the rest for lunch tomorrow.img_0298img_0299img_0304Fortune cookie for dessert. mm

It’s going to be about 8 degrees tomorrow. I will freeze. Goodnight!

WednesDAY

It’s COLD in Pittsburgh. Too cold. This is where I wait for the bus in the morning.img_0279
I ate breakfast at work today. I had 1/2 cup oats with corn flakes and cinnamon…again. What makes this picture unique is my office depot calculator, also pictured.img_0281
For lunch, I got a salad from Au Bon Pain which is in my building and provides me this lovely WiFi. My salad consisted of field greens, alfalfa sprouts, red bell pepper, beets and raspberry vinaigrette. I’m still kind of hungry so I’m going to get some yogurt on the way upstairs. Oh I also ate a tangerine a wee bit ago. mmhmm.

Colddd

I’m sorry for the belated post. I was having internet troubles. I brought my laptop into work today JUST so that I could post.
img_02261Last night for dinner I had brussels sprouts, yogurt, and a tangerine.

Moving on. I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal with corn flakes and cinnamon on top for breakfast. Later on in the morning, I had some tea.img_0264img_02293

For lunch, I packed a wrap with baby romaine, yellow pepper, grape tomatoes, red onion, feta and sherry vinegar on top. Side note: Aluminum foil is recyclable. Around 4 in the afternoon, I snacked on some strawberry yogurt. (not pictured)

After work, I gymed. I did about 40 minutes on the sort of eliptical sort of stair climber machine thing… When I got home, I made eggs with 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, yellow bell pepper, onion, grape tomatoes and spinach. I knooow my meals aren’t varied at all but this is what happens when you live alone and mostly cook for one. No need to be creative. Who am I trying to impress?

While cooking, I snacked on some raw yellow bell pepper because I was STARVING. I also made a baked sweet potato with a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Around 8 PM, I snacked on some more yogurt and watched 90210. Shhh. I READ after that so it balances out. That is all. ENJOY.
