Well really I stole the idea from a bunch of other food bloggers but now HE is blogging what he eats!

Moving on, I’m SO happy today is over. It was so busy and stressful. I’m exhausted now. Ugh. Oh office drama. The best part of my day was probably my oatmeal. You also get a nice view of my messy desk today. (I’m trying to liven up the oatmeal pictures)

A close second would be the man who made my salad at Bruegger’s today. After realizing that I don’t eat meat, he reopened my salad and added more cheese. He said I probably needed more protein. The salad had green peppers, tomatoes, sprouts, lots of blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.

Oh, I also snacked on a blood orange around 11.

I wandered around outside at lunch today because it was so nice. I took a picture while walking along Grant St.

I’m going to Andy’s for dinner tonight. I’m not sure what we’re having. I’m not really in the mood for cooking. I bought some tofu yesterday and a bunch of carrots so maybe we’ll have spring rolls. I have an abundance of rice papers… Dinner post probably much later.
