Hellllo,
I missed the blogging yesterday. I was busy and went to bed pretty early.
So I’ll show you dinner last night. I went over to Andy’s and he cooked grilled cheese and sesame asparagus.
For some reason blogging right now is just impossible. I can’t put sentences together. I’m sorry in advance.
Here’s Andy preparing dinner:

We George Foremaned the grilled cheese:

Mine was Swiss cheese and tomato on ciabatta bread:

(Andy’s included cheddar)
On to Today
Breakfast oats:

STILL MORE KASHI GO LEAN.
I had an apple snack in the morning. I also had carrots but didn’t take a picture:

I only packed butternut squash soup for lunch so I got my Pita Pit a day in advance. I figure I’ll eat the other half tomorrow with another bowl of soup. Must not buy lunch more than once a week.

After lunch, Coworker brought over some olive flavored tortilla-ish/crackerish chips. I was shocked because these chips are all over the food blogs that I read. Check out the website for a coupon – Food Should Taste Good.
I also sent the company an e-mail in hopes of getting some other flavors to test and review.
Here is the bag:

And the ingredients/nutrition facts:

They have all sorts of interesting flavors like SWEET POTATO. mmm
After eating, I wandered down to the farmer’s market in Market Square. Today was the first today. It was pretty sad. I don’t think there was any actual produce.
Were are you leafy greens??? Oh well.
Afternoon snack was Stonyfield plain with …uhhh Kashi Go Lean.
Work was uneventful. I was really unmotivated to run today. It’s the stupid weather. It kills my energy.
I decided since my race is NEXT WEEKEND, I needed to run. I went to the gym and ran 3.1 miles again (another 5K) except I made it more difficult this time. I ran 6.5 mph at .5% incline for the first 1.5 miles then I increased the incline to 2% for 3 minutes then back down to 1% then up to 2.5% for another 3 minutes then 0% for the rest. I did the last half mile or so at 7 mph. wooo. I was pretty tired after this.
I got home and immediately ate some microwaved egg whites with ketchup. I couldn’t wait for the vegetables to cook. I also had some black beans while impatiently waiting for these to roast:

Oh fresh veggies, you’re so much better then frozen.
I’m going to make something else to eat now but I wanted to get blogging out of the way.
FRIDAY ALMOST!!!
