Wednesday is over!!
I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to blog yesterday. I spent the whole evening greeting people at the Natural History Museum and staring at this stuff:

It was a good time and it was still light outside when I left!

So I don’t even remember what I ate for dinner last night…It was lateish (I stopped at Giant Eagle on the way home). I did have a chocolate covered strawberry at the event and a small glass of wine. mmm.
Moving on to today. I woke up tired again but made it to work by 8.
I had pumpkin oats & coffee & water:

Morning snacks were carrots and a tiny bit of Stonyfield plain with PB2. I can’t get enough of the PB2. Seriously.
Lunch was half a Pita Pit pita and some soup:
The work day was kind of long. I did manage to get mortgages recorded! The recorder was closed yesterday because of election day. If any of you have tried to record a deed or a mortgage or something, you feel my pain. The only good part was being able to take a walk down there in the morning.
Afternoon snack was MORE yogurt with lots of PB2.
After work, I went to the gym to run. I’ve been having gym guilt because I’ve been running outside and not using the gym membership at all… I figured it was hot and running on the treadmill might not be so bad today. Well, it was kind of bad. My legs must have gotten used to concrete because they fought me the whole way. I ran 3.5 miles at 6.4-6.7 mph. It took about 33 minutes. My total distance was about 4 miles between walking warm ups and cool downs. I got home around 6:40 and roasted some veggies for dinner.
I had some egg whites with salsa while they were cooking:
Giant Costco salsa.
Brussels sprouts, whole small onion, broccoli with Sriracha:

There is an article in the NY Times today about Sriracha. Check it out here.
I also ate umm oatmeal and yogurt. I’m pretty full now but I should probably eat something else.
Anyway, I’m watching an interesting show on QED so I’m going to go pay attention to that.
Tomorrow is Thursday!
Also, my proofreading has become nonexistent gone down hill.
