Friday Night!
So I’m not going to post any pictures here because I’m super duper lazy. I can feel the readers dropping off as my terrible posting continues…
So there are lots of things I want to do this weekend so I’m going to make up a little list right here.
Okay I’m cutting off the list right now. I’m currently brewing PM coffee which I will make into iced coffee very shortly. Mom and I made lemon zest ice cubes with leftover zest. I came THIS close to accidentally putting them into coffee. They’ll go in the iced tea!
I’m so jealous of everyone who is traveling this weekend. Weekend trip, I want you. I need you.
OH also, the parents got me a mini tripod! I’ll show you a picture soon. I also need to test it out. Oh steady picture taking excitement.
They also brought me two new aprons from Paris! Mom took a picture of me in one but it was terrible so I’m not posting it.

Happy Friday!!
First of all, no post yesterday! I was busy… I cleaned and then listened to the Pen’s game. WIN!
I had boring meals yesterday though so you weren’t missing much. I did cook an acorn squash in the microwave so that my oven didn’t heat up the house too much. It turned out great. All I did was cut it in half, scoop out the insides, place cut side down on a microwave safe plate with about 1/4 inch of water and microwave for 6 minutes.
Moving on, this guy was in Pittsburgh yesterday:
He was in town for Natalie Lemieux’s fundraiser at La Mont. A few of my coworkers got to attend and they said it was AMAZING. There were cakes everywhere. FYI — Duff is married. I have a crush on the dude on the left:
So I’m sitting here watching the Today Show and rejoicing because IT’S A LONG WEEKEND!
