Another Monday o-v-e-r.
I woke up alright this morning, got to work and made pumpkin oats with the last of the Twigs. I bought organic pumpkin this week because that’s all they have at Trader Joe’s. I decided that I don’t like it as much as the regular. Ah well.

The morning went really quickly. Around 11-11:30, I had a banana and some carrots:

I took a short walk around 1230 and then came back and ate lunch. I had a giant spinach salad.

And I used these two for the dressing:

New product! I found that garlic mustard sauce at TJ’s and decided to try it out. It was DELICIOUS! It’s kind of like dijon mustard but very garlicky. Great! I would recommend also using as a veggie dip (I think the jar also recommends that). I think it would be good on a soft pretzel. I have not had a soft pretzel in YEARS.

Alright so I’m home from work now and I don’t really have any plans. As soon as I stepped in the door, I ate half of a whole wheat wrap with cheese melted on top. I was craving carbs apparently after the carbless lunch.
I need to do laundry and cook some dinner. I’ll get to that in a bit. It’s a rest day from the running.

OH also, I’m toying with the idea of creating a short video on … something useful and relative to this blog. I’m brainstorming. We will see.
