Hi Everyone.
I’m feeling a wee bit better but I’m not going to discuss it today.
Today was alright. Work went really quickly. I accomplished some things.
I had oats for breakfast…obviously…with multi-grain Cherries and pumpkin. Thumbs downnn because I ran out of cinnamon in the office:

I ate that banana around 11 or something.
I took a walk at lunch because I NEEDED to get out of the office and think for a bit. I wandered around downtown for about 40 minutes and then stopped at Pita Pit on the way home to get my weekly baba ganoush pita.

Plus a cup of tomato/roasted red pepper soup.
I also had two carrots that I was too lazy to peel and cut this morning. They’re organic. I’ll be fine.

I was freezing all day so I made some tea in the afternoon.

I almost skipped running today to spend hours in Crazy Mocha again avoiding my house but decided I needed the endorphins today. Unfortunately, it was raining. Sucks. So I went to the gym instead and ran 3.75 miles. I ended up staying on the treadmill for a little under an hour though just walking really slowly until I finally left.
Got home and made a smoothie.

It was okay but not as good as normal since I was out of Almond Breeze. I LOVE Almond Breeze.
Then I roasted my body weight in vegetables while showering:

I feel like I missed out on the veggie intake yesterday so I more than made up for it today. I also just ate the other half of the smoothie banana and I’m going to eat something else now.
This post was only about food today really. There is a Penguin’s game tomorrow.
Here’s the good news: I get to wear JEANS to work tomorrow! I have to donate $5 to the Heart Association-Heart Walk to wear the jeans. I also volunteered to represent IA (investment advisors) in the Heart Walk in Pittsburgh so I’ll be walking with coworkers in October. Fun!
I was boycotting exclamation points the last couple of days but I included a couple in this one.
