Good Evening Blog Friends!
Just warning you — this is another post completely devoid of food photography. It’s sort of…still a food blog. I’ve been a wee bit busy but I do have a few pictures from the last week to share.
Black Friday sale = NEW RUNNING SHOES!! I ended up getting them at Dicks for $69.99!
I seriously took about 25 pictures of them… Aaron came across them on my computer and made fun of me.
Yes Aaron, you’re marrying Girl who Takes Pictures with Shoes:
I LOVE THEM.

New shoes + old shoes:

Remember our save-the-date photo shoot? Here are few test pictures. For Pittsburgh readers, this is a walking bridge over by Washington’s Landing:

Annnnd our Save the Date/Christmas cards came in today!! I took a screen shot of the preview of the card so the quality isn’t great but here’s the finished product:

I LOVE THEM almost as much as my shoooes.
Hold on a moment. My squash is done. Oven is beeping.
Okay an hour later. I’ve eaten about 2/3 of one of these plus some egg whites plus some oatmeal. Weird dinner, eh? Delicious!

So here is something exciting:
Aaron has been out of town since yesterday. The band was in Wisconsin yesterday then Chicago until Wednesday. That’s not the exciting part. (Though this has enabled me to eat almost an entire squash for dinner and watch Gossip Girl). Anyway, the exciting thing is that he took my camera with him and has been taking lots of pictures for the blog!
He even said he’d write a guest post! Exciting!! The pictures should be…interesting.
MOIP 2009 (Halloween):

Alright, I’m off to watch Gossip Girl on my laptop and then get to bed early. I canceled my Gold’s Gym membership last week and joined the YMCA right across the street from my office downtown and now I can go to the gym in the morning. It’s probably the best thing that’s happened to me all year aside from getting engaged… No seriously though. It’s amazing. I can run on the treadmill while listening to my ipod and switching between Good Morning America and the Today Show repeatedly. Also, Diane Sawyer is leaving GMA! Maybe I’ll ditch the Today Show for good now…
ONE MORE THING. I got this book out of the library today and I’m EXCITED to read it. It’s about why American’s have become obsessed with eating and why we overeat. Very interesting!
The End of Overeating. Taking Control of the Insatiable American Appetite by David A. Kessler, MD

Okay time to switch my laundry and watch bad television. ttyl. <3<3
CUTE pictures! And thanks for the book suggestion – I am always looking for more books! =)
Robinson? Washington’s Landing? Yes, I am reading another Pittsburgh running blog! I love it. Congrats on everything and I look forward to reading more!
So there ARE other food/fitness bloggers in Pittsburgh! Exciting!
